Cub Scouts is a Scouting America program for youth in kindergarten through 5th grade. Scouts participate in fun activities, work on projects, and learn valuable lessons related to the outdoors, safety, fitness, citizenship, family, and reverence. Cub Scouts is a family-oriented program in which parents and guardians and even siblings can participate.
Cub Scout packs are made up of dens: small groups of children who are in the same grade. In their dens, Cub Scouts explore, learn, and grow together. They develop new skills and interests, practice sportsmanship and good citizenship, and learn to do their best.
